Nesvizh district executive committee on the basis of article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On appeals of citizens and legal entities" reports that citizens and legal entities can submit electronic appeals to the Nesvizh regional executive committee and the Nesvizh regional Council of Deputies by placing in a special section "Electronic addresses "on the official website of the district executive committee on the global computer network Internet.
Electronic appeals sent to the email address of the district executive committee are not registered and not considered.
- Appeals are written in Belarusian or Russian.
According to Article 12 of the Law "On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities"
citizens' electronic appeals must contain:
- name and / or address of the organization or position of the person to whom the appeal is sent;
- surname, first name, patronymic (if any) or the initials of the citizen, the address of his place of residence (place of residence);
- statement of content;
- Citizen email address.
electronic appeals of legal entities should contain:
- name and / or address of the organization or position of the person to whom the appeal is sent;
- full name of the legal entity and its location;
- statement of content;
- surname, first name, patronymic (if any) or the initials of the manager or the person authorized to sign appeals in the prescribed manner;
- email address of the legal entity.
- It is not allowed to use obscene or offensive words or expressions in appeals.
- Appeals should contain information on the results of their previous review, with an attachment (if available) of documents supporting this information.
- The withdrawal of an electronic application is carried out by submitting a written application or sending an application in electronic form
